My passion for Real Estate started at a very young age. From watching houses that appeared had no life left in them, to completely transformed Homes that will nurture, protect and have cherished stories to tell for years, the dreams I continue to make for clients daily fill my heart with joy.  The History behind each Home, Piece of Land, or Home to Be Built is where each journey begins for me. Helping my clients achieve their Real Estate Goals and advocating for them is a true pleasure and I don't take that opportunity lightly. 

 

   I have a vast background in the Real Estate Industry. I started out in Processing & Underwriting in Lending. I then advanced to Head of Operations an became a Lender. Since then, I have had to pleasure to Learn and Master many areas of Real Estate. I worked in the Title Field learning the ins and outs of clearing title and the importance that role holds in a Real Estate Transaction. During the Real Estate "Crash" back in 2008 a lot of homeowners started to lose their homes to foreclosure. I wanted to help as many people as I could. The lack of information on how to get a Loan Modification was upsetting. So many people were misinformed or not informed at all.  I started to take on files in all states and quickly mastered the art of working with banks and homeowners to get them a modification, saving them from losing their home. I became the leading Home Modification Specialist with Home Rescue and to this day am humbled to have helped so many people stay in their homes. 

 

   While all areas of Real Estate have been important to learn, I have always wanted to become a realtor. At this time life had thrown my husband and I a lot of curveballs.  I did not think I was going to be able to get my license. My Husband who is my Best Friend and Rock through everything, was working 4 AM - 3PM every day. Traveling through states, running and supervising routes, and rushing home to cover the kids while I worked evenings into the next morning serving and bartending. Following the Real Estate Crash, we were blessed with a Baby Boy and shortly after a Baby Girl. Our Son was diagnosed with Autism. This changed a lot of things, and I was not able to work a traditional Job as one of us always had to be home to support him. 

 

   I started with The Pinnacle Real Estate Company in 2018. I interviewed and was hired as the Director of Marketing & Administration. A few short months later while working 2 Full Time Jobs at this Point, I decided to enroll in classes to get my Real Estate License. A few weeks after getting my License, I successfully closed my very first transaction. My Real Estate business quickly grew, and I said goodbye to the restaurant business. This was not an easy choice as they were like a second family to me and helped us stay above water having a son with needs. 

 

   My role with Pinnacle evolved and I began working with another division as well. Pinnacle Builder Sales and Marketing. This Role added a lot more diversity to my resume. We help Builders with Sales and Marketing Developments, Offsite Lots, Finding and Developing Land etc. I assisted with providing Social Media Presence, Website Updating, Listing Management, Sales Training to included Bright MLS, Dotloop, Contract Assistance and so much more.

 

  My Husband Don had to leave his Job of over 15 yrs. to make sure our son was able to be schooled virtually through Covid. This was no easy task, and he took it on no questions asked to care for our family and grow our business in Real Estate. He also was able to virtually enroll in classes at this time to get his Real Estate License. Who better to grow with then my best friend and partner through everything?

 

   At this point I felt maybe I needed another challenge. Why Not? After successfully assisting in hundreds of Real Estate Transactions at this point, I was about to hit 3 years as a Licensed Realtor®.  I enrolled back into classes and decided to further my Education becoming an Associate Broker. 

 

    I always strive to make sure my clients are given the highest possible level of care and attention in every possible way. I am always taking the time to further educate myself in this ever-changing market to provide Legendary Service & Legendary Results.
